"Processing Time

This website is operated by MOODI AROMAZ LLC, doing business as AP SOY KANDLES ("AP SOY KANDLES", "we", "us", or "our").

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days for ready-made products. Some of our candles, car diffusers, and wax melts are made-to-order, 12 oz candles require a minimum of 3-4 days to cure before shipping to ensure quality. For optimal scent and performance, we recommend allowing 1-2 weeks after receiving the candle for the wax and fragrance oils to fully bind. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays. Shipping time is additional and will depend on the carrier selected at checkout. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via USPS within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Local Options

  • Local Pickup: Available at select markets and events. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Local Delivery: Available within our delivery area. Delivery options and fees will be shown at checkout if available for your address.

Geographic Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Important Product Information

Candles and wax melts may soften or melt in extreme heat during summer shipping. We package all items carefully to minimize risk, but we cannot be held responsible for heat-related melting during transit. Car diffusers are packaged securely to prevent leakage.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or has not arrived within the expected time-frame, please contact us at alicia@apsoykandles.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November-December), processing and shipping times may be extended. Please order early to ensure delivery by your desired date."
