ABOUT OUR CANDLES

What are your candles made of? Our candles are handcrafted using premium coconut soy wax and cotton wicks for a clean, Eco-friendly burn. We use 100% phthalate-free fragrance oils from CandleScience, with California Prop 65 ingredients excluded from all our fragrances. We're committed to using high-quality, sustainable, and safe materials in all our products.

Are your fragrance oils safe? Yes! All our fragrance oils are:

  • 100% phthalate-free
  • Free from California Prop 65 ingredients
  • Paraben-free
  • Many of our scents are CleanScents+ certified, meaning they're free from organ toxins and acute toxins
  • Sourced from CandleScience, a trusted industry leader

What makes your candles special? AP SOY KANDLES features unique two-toned candle designs that add a luxurious aesthetic to any space. Each candle is carefully crafted using premium, safe ingredients to provide both beautiful ambiance and exceptional fragrance without harmful chemicals.

How long do your candles burn? Burn time varies by candle size. With proper care (trimming the wick to 1/4" before each use), our candles provide long-lasting fragrance and ambiance.

Are your candles Eco-friendly? Yes! We use coconut soy wax, which is a renewable resource, cotton wicks for a clean burn, and phthalate-free fragrance oils that exclude harmful chemicals and toxins.

ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION

Do you offer made-to-order candles? Yes! Many of our candles are made-to-order to ensure freshness and quality. Processing time for custom orders is typically 3 - 4 business days, not including shipping time. 

Can I choose different scents? Absolutely! We offer a variety of scent options. Check each product page for available scent variants, or contact us for custom scent requests.

Do you offer gift sets? Yes! We offer curated gift bundles with pre-selected scent combinations, beautifully packaged and ready to gift. Our gift sets feature a thoughtfully chosen selection of our premium candles, wax melts, and car diffusers - perfect for any occasion and ready to ship immediately.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What shipping options do you offer? We ship via USPS with tracking provided for all orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order weight at checkout.

Do you offer local delivery? Yes! We offer local delivery in select areas. Check at checkout to see if local delivery is available in your area.

Can I pick up my order? Yes! In-store pickup is available. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

How long does shipping take? Standard USPS shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Made-to-order items require additional processing time before shipping.

CANDLE CARE

How do I get the best burn from my candle?

  • Trim wick to 1/4" before each use
  • Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn (usually 2-4 hours)
  • Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time
  • Burn on a safe, heat-resistant surface
  • Keep wax free of debris (wick trimmings, matches, etc.)
  • Keep away from children and pets
  • Keep away from drafts and flammable materials
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended

How do I use wax melts? Place 1-2 wax melts in your warmer and enjoy the fragrance. Remove wax once the scent fades and replace with fresh melts.

CAR DIFFUSERS

How do car diffusers work? Hang your car diffuser from your rear-view mirror and enjoy long-lasting fragrance while you drive. To use remove the inner plastic cap from your diffuser bottle, then screw on the wooden cap with the string attached. Once tightened, tip the diffuser upside down for about 5 seconds until the wooden top gets wet with fragrance oil. Tie the diffuser around your rear-view mirror and enjoy! When you no longer smell the scent, simply tip the diffuser upside down for a few seconds to refresh, and the aromaz will fill your car up again.

How do I control the scent strength? Tip the diffuser upside down for a stronger scent, or leave it upright when you want a lighter fragrance.

What fragrance oils do you use in car diffusers? Our car diffusers use the same high-quality, 100% phthalate-free fragrance oils from CandleScience as our candles, ensuring a safe and luxurious scent experience in your vehicle.

REFUND POLICY

This website is operated by MOODI AROMAZ LLC, doing business as AP SOY KANDLES ("AP SOY KANDLES", "we", "us", or "our").

All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, car fresheners, or wax melts. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
